A Safe and Merry Christmas

While I may not be Christian, I still celebrate Christmas.  It’s a time to spend with family and reflect on what your life means to you and to those that care about you.  It’s a time to think about who you want to be and what you need to do to become that person.

Family comes in all shapes and sizes.  Just because you may not have blood relatives with you this Christmas, try to spend time with some friends or make new ones.

As always, please be safe and do not drive drunk.  Here are a few resources to keep things safe:

  • AAA is offering Tipsy Tow service for all members.  They will tow your car home so you do not have to drive drunk.  Remember, the AAA member does not have to be the drunk one.  Members can use their privileges for friends or family.
  • Yellow Cab offers free Drunk Taxi service in many cities around the country.
  • Designated Driver 2 You – Will send someone out to give you a free ride home and will even come pick you up the next day and bring you back to your car.

For a full list of available programs in your area, check out the AAA Sober Ride page.
